In recognition of Mr. Ding's invaluable contributions, a Certification of Life Celebration and appreciation was awarded to his wife, Mrs. Ding, acknowledging the profound impact he had on MIDS and the dental community.

YB Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan, alongside Dr. Kranthi Raja Kacharaju, the Deputy Dean of Post Graduate and Clinical Services and Associate Professor at MAHSA College of Dentistry, and his faculty members, and Mr. Desmond Chong Yoong Fat, the current president of MIDS, led the ceremony.
